The United Kingdom (The territory of the United Kingdom and its affiliated islands), The British overseas territories are not available (such as the British Indian Ocean Territory, The British Virgin Islands, etc.)

The United Stated Including all over the United States. Excludes remote areas such as Alaska and Hawaii, overseas addresses such as Puerto Rico and Guam; and APO/FPO military addresses.

  • When will my items be delivered?

New orders begin processing immediately and typically are packaged and shipped within 7 days after the purchase is made. If we fail to ship out your item(s) 7 days after your purchase, you can cancel your order without any charge from the order details page.

  • I am experiencing delivery delays

Expecto orders are shipped internationally and many factors may affect the exact timing, including packaging time, customs, holiday seasons, weather conditions and other reasons, sometimes out of our control. We will provide updates on tracking as they are made available. 

  •  I am not able to get tracking information

In some cases, tracking info may be delayed due to system maintenance or other technical issues. In this case, we thank you for your patience. Note that orders typically will be delivered within the estimate time window. If you haven’t received it, please contact customer service directly for any update information.

If for quality reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may apply refund and return to us within 5 days of receipt. To be acceptable for return, items should be uploading the pictures or video to customer service department. Please check the customer service policy for more information.
